Parents have the right to appeal against an admission authority's decision refusing their child admission to a school under section 94(I)(b) and (2) of the 1998 Act.  If you wish to submit an appeal you should contact Sally Loveridge (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or 0151 724 1611 to request a form. You should submit this form by 29th March 2019 clearly setting out the reasons for your appeal.  You may include any letters, correspondence, written reports or documents that support your case. Prior to your appeal hearing you will receive a written statement from Liverpool College advising you how the admissions policy was applied in your case, and a general statement explaining the implications for the school of admitting pupils over roll.  At this stage we can confirm that Liverpool College received 1418 applications for the 145 places in Year 7.
