Future Chef Training

The Kickstart programme is a 3 week training programme for young people 16+.

Future Chef is an entire programme that aims to support young people into a worthwhile career as a chef within a thriving industry.

The programme provides students with, minimum, 2 industry recognised qualifications, and it develops their employability skills, works on their confidence and advises them about the vast wealth of careers available to them. The second part of the Kickstart Programme is a 2 week work experience placement in industry. So not only are these young people newly trained but they have relevant industry work experience!
