Important Update for Parents

We are focused on day to day operational matters and keeping the school open and safe for staff and pupils. In light of increasing staff and pupil absenteeism, the following measures will be in place from tomorrow (Wednesday 18 March) so we can focus resources on keeping school open:

• School will finish at 3.15pm every day in Prep and Secondary Phase ie. there will be no activity periods on a Tuesday and a Thursday. Pre Prep will finish as usual at 3.30pm.
• Secondary Phase after school and homework clubs - these will no longer be operating. Please make alternative arrangements to collect your child at the end of the school day.
• Primary After School provision will remain open as long as we have the required staffing levels to operate this provision. When we are unable to staff this, you will be advised that the provision is suspended. Please start to make alternative plans now for this eventuality.
• All scheduled Parents' Evenings are postponed indefinitely.
• All trips are now postponed. We are working with all trip providers to manage the situation as best we can. We will update you as we find out more information on payment of outstanding balances or if trips are cancelled by the organisers any arrangements for refunds.
