Chapter 7 rugby team win titanic battle versus Audenshaw

On Tuesday afternoon, a group of Chapter 7 pupils were waiting patiently for their teacher, ready to make the Rugby trip to Audenshaw. As always, the pupils were keen to impress, dressed immaculately with shirts tucked in, and ties done up, captain Ethan B, with huge enthusiasm, shouted to his peers this match is a big one, and he wasn't wrong. The match was a belter!! Both teams enjoyed periods of possession and all pupils from each side gave their very best for the school. The final quarter saw Liverpool College leading by 3 tries to 1. Back came Audenshaw with two quick fire tries and with the game looking like ending in a draw Captain Ethan B burst through and with a quick turn of pace the away team were celebrating a brilliant 4-3 win. What a match!!
