A Saturday morning of football versus the Kings School Chester

It's 8.00am on a Saturday morning and over 50 pupils are waiting in blazers and ties to board a coach to an away football fixture. This is a familiar picture and last weekend four boys football teams made the trip to the Kings School Chester to participate in fixtures. Whilst this was happening a similar picture was taking place at the College as three boys football teams dressed in blazer and tie were hurriedly walking to the pavilion ready to put on their boots and participate in a match. It's a fantastic scene which symbolises the amount of sporting opportunities available at the school. Last week it was the College that were successful in four of the seven matches with two others ending in a draw. This week will be a similar scene as the College play another block of fixtures versus Ellesmere College and the girls travel to Rydal to play several netball fixtures.
