Are you aware of the global problems created by plastic pollution? Would you like to be involved in a project that could address this issue and actually make a difference in the world? This is not a drill – this is real!
A team from Liverpool College will be working with transnational consumer goods company with product sales over a billion dollars a year! They are responsible for some of the most recognisable products in the world including Dove, Domestos, Lux, Lynx, Tresemme, Cif, Vaseline, Comfort, Sunsilk, Surf, Colemans mustard, Magnum, Marmite, Bovril and Ben and Jerry’s ice-cream. They would like to reduce both their carbon footprint and their plastic packaging. To help them look for solutions, they are enlisting the help of the bright minds of tomorrow and Liverpool College has been selected as a partner school.
If you would like to be involved in this project and have your ideas heard, please come to the Mossley Vale Hall on Thursday 1st November, 12-1pm. If you have every wanted to make a real difference, this is your chance.
