Chapter 8 Architecture Workshop

After analysing a range of architectural designs from around the world and assessing each in terms of functionality, beauty and originality, Chapter 8 Wilton Scholars were invited to develop their own design skills by creating their own vision of a house of the future. The young designers’ objective was to cast fresh eyes on the housing crisis caused by over population and take into account location, sustainability and creativity. Pupils not only made sketches of their ideas, they also created 3D models and then presented their concepts to peers, highlighting the unique features of their designs.

GCSE Results 2022

Liverpool College pupils and their parents and teachers are celebrating extraordinarily good GCSE results. Despite the uncertainties and disruptions of the last few years, the cohort performed much better than expected or predicted.
There were many extraordinary performances with 12 pupils scoring more than 5 9s on their GCSEs. and Ruby, Jude, Ruth and Yassin scoring 9 9 grades or more. A majority of the year group will continue at the College and we look forward to welcoming them and successful external applicants next week.
